Personal Experience
Justin is an experienced International strategy and development executive.
He is Principal at Corporate Affairs Advisory assisting CEO’s on their International Trade and Investment, and dealing with Government and Regulators.
He has built and led Company teams in this area for Swisse Wellness, Fonterra and Business Victoria.
He joined Swisse Wellness in 2012 establishing their public policy and scientific development programs and led the brands initial engagement and export to China via the daigou and then formally online with AliBaba, JD and then into the offline channels. He has visited China 20+ times for business, including leading the biggest Aussie stand for Swisse at the first CIIE and opening up the Australian dairy engagement with China in the 1990’s!
He is Chair of ‘Food and Drink Victoria’, Board member of the ‘European Australia Business Council’ and recently finished his term as VP of the ‘United Nations Association of Australia’.
Justin had a 5 year term at the Victorian Government leading teams on investment attraction, business migration and HNWI relations.
After leaving Government, Justin advised leading executives on International Business for ANZ, Boral, Ericsson, Macquarie Bank, Santos, Singapore Government and Telstra.
He has also been National President of the Australia Malaysia Business Council and the Australia Philippines Business Council and was a founding Director of Swinburne Ventures – the University’s vehicle for spinning off research and innovation.
